Visiting the Market
Do I need to pre-order?
Nope! We build every bowl fresh to order right at the market. Just walk up and tell us what you want. That said, if you're placing a large catering order, reach out ahead of time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards via Square. No checks, please!
Can I customize my bowl?
Absolutely. Every bowl is made to order. Choose your base, protein, toppings, sauce, and spice level. Our team will walk you through it.
Do you offer catering for events?
Yes! We do private pop-ups and catering for events throughout the Coachella Valley. DM us on Instagram or use the contact form to get a quote.
What if you sell out?
It happens sometimes — especially on busy market days. We prep fresh every morning, but when the fish is gone, it's gone. Arriving early is your best bet!
