Secret Poke is a local food business serving fresh Hawaiian-style poke bowls and poke nachos at farmers markets and special pop-up events in the Coachella Valley, California. Our website allows you to view our menu, learn about our locations, and place pre-orders for pickup at designated market locations.

2. Online Ordering & Pickup

When you place an order through our website:

• All orders are for pickup only at the selected farmers market location
• You must select a valid pickup date and time slot that corresponds to our market schedule
• Orders are prepared fresh the morning of your selected pickup date
• Please arrive during your selected time window to collect your order
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if pickup conditions change due to weather, market closures, or other unforeseen circumstances

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment for online orders is processed at checkout. All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refund policy:

• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible
• Orders cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund
• Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion
• No refunds will be issued for orders not picked up during the selected time window without prior communication

4. Food Safety & Allergies

We take food safety seriously and follow proper handling procedures. However:

• Our poke contains raw fish. Consuming raw or undercooked seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness
• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order
• While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including fish, soy, sesame, and gluten
• We cannot guarantee that cross-contact with allergens will not occur

5. Catering & Private Events

Catering and private pop-up inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a catering request does not guarantee availability. We will contact you to discuss details, pricing, and confirm booking. A deposit may be required to secure catering dates.
